By using sageport.bond you agree to these terms for browsing and booking requests with Sageport Clay.

Descriptions of work are illustrative; final pieces follow the written confirmation we send after your request.

Once clay is thrown for a custom set, cancellation is limited to unused clay; bisque-started work is non-refundable. Appointments cancelled under 48 hours may keep a seat fee.

Studio visits require a confirmed appointment. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled.

Glaze faults found within fifteen days of pickup may be remade from the same clay batch; chips from stacking after home use need a paid mend.
